Entering Altus Plateau, there is an invisible Teardrop Scarab at the end of the road toward Royal Capital. Proceed as shown in the image, moving extensively through the puddled area. Since it is running along a route through a narrow gap between rocks, it is better to wait here and attack it if you do not have the means for a wide-range attack.
