Go north from the Site of Grace "Outer Wall Battleground" in the northern part of "Altus Plateau and you will find Teardrop Scarab at the site of a bonfire in the area where soldiers are stationed. There are Leyndell Soldier Ashes lurking around, so watch your back after defeating Teardrop Scarab.
