The Rotten Crystal Spear is dropped by a Crystallian wielding a spear near the site of grace "Elphael Inner Wall" in the Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree dungeon.
After fast travelling to the Elphael Inner Wall, head straight aheat and climb the tree branch on the left. There should be 3 Crystallians doing meditation together.
Lure The Crystallian With The Spear With Long-Range Attacks
Since dealing with 3 Crystallians at the same time will be a grueling fight, its best that you lure them out one by one with a bow, magic or skills. If you have the Fallingstar Beast Jaw, use it, as this could make the fight easy without ever luring them out.

Light Up 4 Statues In The Ordina Liturgical Town
There will be a transfer portal once all four statues has been lit in the Ordina Liturgical Town which is located in the Mountaintops of the Giants region. However, this is not included on the main story quest, but you still have the option to go to this dungeon and do some leveling up.
