Seppuku can be obtained by defeating the transparent Teardrop Scarab in Mountaintops of the Giants. When you go to the above image, white footprints will appear at regular intervals at the same location. If you attack the Teardrop Scarab at the moment these footprints are formed, you can defeat it.
