Southwest From Snow Valley At The Old Ruins
To get to the Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave, head to the Mountaintops of the Giants in the northeast via the Site of Grace: Snow Valley of the Old Ruins. Head to the Freezing Lake, go south there and cross the bridge then west on Giant's Gravepost to reach it.
