Start At The Site Of Grace Agheel Lake North
The Dismounter is dropped by a Kaiden Sellsword on horseback. However, It has a very low drop rate and its pretty common that the item does not drop immediately.. If you are at the Agheel Lake North, you should spot a mounted Kaiden nearby, so try to defeat it by mounting Torrent while attacking it.
Hitting The Enemy While Mounted
It's a little hard to land a hit while you're riding Torrent, so be patient as you'll get the hang of it, eventually. The more you practice, the more you can get a hit and quickly defeat them.
