Obtain It At The Grand Lift of Dectus In Limgrave During Its Early Stages
At the Grand Lift of Dectus, there should be 2 Golems. However, they are currently being targeted and you can't ride your horse. This is only recommended if you want to get Weapon early in the game.
Waypoint To The Altus Plateau
The Altus Plateau can be access by the Grand Lift of Dectus by using its elevator. However, to move the elevator, you may need to obtain both the left and right Dectus Medallion to activate it.
