The Troll's Golden Sword can be obtained in the Altus Plateau in the northeast inside a Travelling Carriage. If you jump off from the directly the site of grace it could damage you or kill you, so best way is go around while you get to the lowlands.
Waypoint To Altus Plateau
The Altus Plateau can be accessed by using the Grand Lift Of Dectus, which is located in the northermost part of the Liurnia Of Lakes. To move the lift, you'll need both left and right of the Medallion of Dectis.
