The Staff Of The Avatar can be obtained by defeating the Erdtree near the site of grace "Great Waterfall Crest" at the Deeproot Depths, a map that can be obtained by defeating the Valiant Gargoyle in Siofra Aqueduct.
How To Get To The Deeproot Depths
To get to the Deeproot Depths, you go beyond the Nokron and defeat the Valliant Gargoyle from there. To get to Nokron, you also must have defeated Radahn in the Caelid region.. If you have not progressed to the storyline, then we suggest you do so first.
