Obtained From A Corpse Inside Castle Morne
The whip can be obtained from a corpse located further back at the site of grace "Behind the Castle".
Waypoint To The Whip From The Site Of Grace "Behind The Castle".

At the end of the last scaffolding, the corpse with the Whip should be there. There are 4 enemy rats and one small enemy. The blobs will just cower so don't attack them, try getting the Whip after defeating all enemies.
