We recommend going for the Misbegotten that wields an Axe since it will drop the Longhaft Axe. There should be one near the site of grace "Altus Highway Junction" in a camp, their will be enemies in the camp so, we suggest ignore the flying ones and only attack the ones wielding an Axe.
Waypoint To Altus Plateau
The Altus Plateau can be accessed by using the Grand Lift Of Dectus, which can be located on the northernmost part of the Liurnia Of The Lakes region. To use the life, you'll need both the left & right Dectus medallion.
