Can Be Obtained From A Corpse In The Old Altus Tunnel
The Troll's Hammer can be obtained from a corpse in the Old Altus Tunnel, which needs two stonesword keys to open. Be cautious, as there are soldiers along the way. You can also obtain the Great Club once the boss has been defeated.

▲There are several Soldiers in the area, so if you go straight ahead to corpse, you will be instantly killed.
Waypoint To The Altus Plateau
The Altus Plateau can be accessed by using the Grand Lift Of Dectus, which can be located on the northernmost part of the Liurnia Of The Lakes region. To use the life, you'll need both the left & right Dectus medallion.
