Obtained From A Corpse In Caria Manor
The Urumi is obtained from a corpse on the south of castle building in the Caria Manor. You'll need to take the lift down from the site of grace "Manor Upper Level" then jump to the left and there should be no wall, and from there you should see the corpse, loot it, and you'll obtain the weapon.

Wakthrough To The Caria Manor
Caria Manor is located at the northward of the site of grace "Northern Liurnia Lake Shore". On the way to the Manor, there should be a illusionary wall that can be damaged. If you get stuck, refer to the video below.
