The Blazing Laurel is the best W-Engine for Lighter, which is typically used in Fire or Ice Team Comps. Its impact can increase the amount of damage buff provided by Additional Ability, and together with the Crit DMG Buff, the overall firepower support performance will increase further.
Since its W-Engine Effects activation conditions are quite easy, it can be used effectively with any character in a Fire or Ice setup, not just with Lighter.
C1 and C2 Upgrade Firepower Support is Also Very Powerful
Lighter's C1 and C2 effects both increase firepower support performance, and Stun extension and Stun DMG Multiplier UP are particularly beneficial. Signatured W-Engine is also powerful, but if you have a good substitute, like Hellfire Gears, you may want to prioritize Convex.
