He is an Ignore Defense Attacker who specializes in Buff Duration Reduction, making him a priority Awakening target if you run a Physical Team Comp. That said, Teo can serve as a decent substitute, so if you already have him, there is no rush.

①Max All Skill Enhancements

Requirements for Awakening

• Fully enhance all skills

You must meet enhancing skills for any character you wish to Awaken.

② Complete All Fragment Restoration Missions

Navigate to Upgrade > Awaken to enable the Fragment Restoration missions. Complete all 5 missions to unlock Awakening. If you haven't enabled them, they won't count as completed even if the conditions are met, so be sure to enable them first.

Point!	You can view a Memory Story upon completing each mission. Note that Fragment missions do not need to be completed when Awakening a second copy of the same character.

Up to 2 Characters Can Progress Simultaneously

Fragment Restoration missions can be progressed for up to 2 characters at a time. If you want to start Fragment missions for a different character, you'll need to pause one of the active missions and switch to the new one.

Point!	Progress is saved even if you pause.

Instant Completion Available with Rubies

Fragment Restoration missions can also be instantly completed using Rubies. The number of Rubies required varies depending on the mission content and remaining count. Since these can be completed over time without Rubies, spending them here is not recommended.

③ Use Awakening Stones to Awaken

Once all requirements from ① and ② are met, you can Awaken a character. Awakening requires a different number of "Awakening Stones" depending on the character's rarity.

6th Transcendence Unlocks His True Potential

At 6th Transcendence, Skills 1 and 2 and the Awakening Skill gain Ignore Defense, turning him into a powerful AoE Physical Attacker. Skill 2 and the Awakening Skill also enable Buff Duration Reduction, which synergizes well with his Effect Hit Rate Boost Passive.

Can Restrict Skill Usage with Front Row Cooldown Increase

Every 2 skill uses within the party, he can apply Cooldown Increase + HP recovery to Front Row Attack-types and Physical Attack Boost + an extra Damage Nullification stack to Back Row Attack-types. Cooldown Increase for allies is a rare effect, but it is useful in modes like Arena when there are Heroes whose skills you want to delay.

Also Excels as a Debuffer

With "Bad Debt," after receiving 4 attacks, he can inflict Defense Reduction and Physical Vulnerability that each stack up to 2 times — a notable strength. However, this effect does not trigger against Bosses, so it is only effective in PvP, Adventure, and the Infinite Tower.

Cooldown Increase Can Backfire

Orkah's drawback is that the Front Row Cooldown Increase can trigger unintentionally and cause negative effects. Be aware that overlapping with Cooldown Increase from Skuld or Melia can make it difficult for skills to activate.
