1. Line Up Zombies With Assault Rifle

Carlos's assault rifle has limited ammo yet is crucial in the later stages of the fight. Line up zombies in narrow corridors to not waste shots.

Beware Of Stingers

As you push east, you might get Stingers in the eastern corridor. The narrow space is difficult to run past, so use the assault rifle to bring them down.

2. Push The Bell Out The Way Of Door

In the statue room, go to the back and push the bell out the way to open the path to hospital.

3. Avoid Zombies In The Path

There's no need to fight all the zombies in the path towards the hospital. Use barrels to clear some of them, then stick to the right to avoid most of the horde.

4. No Need To Fight The Hunters

Hunters will appear when you enter the hospital. There's no need to fight them, just run into the office for now.

1. Search For Supplies

You'll find First Aid Spray, Handgun ammo and Ink ribbons in the office and lounge area, which is crucial for pushing forward. A hospital map is also found in the lounge.

Chance Of Zombie Horde When Elevator Opens

There's a chance that a zombie horde will appear when the elevator door opens, so always have your assault rifle at the ready. Handgun won't be effective as you'll be swarmed.

4. Remember The Cart Position In First Room

When you enter the first sickroom, pay attention to what corner in the room the cart is placed. It'll be of importance in the later puzzle.

5. Push Cart To Corner Linking Carts To Expose Safe

In the locked sickroom, push the cart to the corner linking the first room cart to expose the safe. Wrong placement will get you zapped. Exit & enter the room to reset the cart location.

2. Use Wall Explosives To Handle Hunter

There's an explosive charge mounted on the wall in the back of lab 1. After dispatching the charging Hunter, consider shooting at the explosive to deal with the other hunter.

4. Pull Lever I, III, & A To Mix Vaccine

The point of the puzzle is to make sure the lights are even to the arrows. Just pull lever I, III, & A to solve this puzzle.

Don't Let Nemesis Reach Jill First

After surviving the hospital, the nemesis will start making its way towards Jill's Room. You will get a game over if it gets there before Carlos, so run towards the southern room ASAP.

4. Bring Lockpick To Proceed

You'll need a lockpick to progress to the next area (Park), so bring one as you're restocking Jill's inventory when you've waken up.
