No New Game Plus For RE3 Remake
There is no new game plus for Resident Evil 3 Remake. However, you can continuously play the game to unlock weapons using the in-game Shop, get more trophies and achievements, or unlock the coveted S Rank.

Play New Difficulty Modes
You can unlock more difficulties after you beat the game. You can unlock Nightmare by beating the game once in any difficulty. The hardest difficulty, Inferno, can only be unlocked after beating the game in Nightmare.

You can complete the game in the fastest time possible with little to no saves to get the S Rank. As you have access to the Shop, you can get better and deadlier weapons there to breeze through the whole story missions easily.
