How To Get Audiocassette Tape - Location
Where To Obtain Audiocassette Tape Procedure

| 1 | Head to the back of the nurse's station by using a card key |
| 2 | Go down the hallway into the linen room, you'll encounter 2 zombies |
| 3 | From the linen room, head to the treatment room (you'll encounter 2 Hunter β) |
| 4 | After defeating the 2 Hunter β, go to the back of the room & find the Audiocassette tape on the bedside table |
Prepare To Fight Zombies
This path is dangerous and you'll have to fight several zombies, including 2 Hunter βs. Make sure you have ammo and herbs to heal you, just in case.
Fight 2 Hunter β In Treatment Room
1st One Attacks In Linen Room
The first Hunter β will attack you when you're in the linen room. Both zombies will not attack at the same time, so enter the room to draw the first one out to defeat it.

The 2nd Hunter β will be further in the back of the room and won't attack you until you're a short distance from it. When you spot it, don't go near and just attack by throwing grenades at it.
Hunter β Will Chase After You When You Run Away
The zombies will chase after you even if you try and run away after getting the Audiocassette Tape. It's wiser to defeat them both instead of trying to escape.
