Head downstairs and use the Flash Drive on the locked door to open it

Make your way up the stairs and access the terminal to get the Culture Sample
Get Flash Drive First
You will need Flash Drive to get a Culture Sample. To get the it, interact with a computer in the room where a vaccine generator is located. Use the Flash Drive to open the locked door in the first floor.
