Making The Vaccine Walkthrough
Making The Vaccine Walkthrough Chart
| No. | Procedure |
|---|---|
| 1 | After the cutscene with Tyrell, proceed to the room at the end of the corridor to access the Safe Room |
| 2 | Proceed upstairs and enter the room down the hall. Interact with the computer to get the Flash Drive |
| 3 | Head downstairs and use the Flash Drive on the locked door to open it |
| 4 | Make your way up the stairs and access the terminal to get the Culture Sample |
| 5 | Go back down and use the door to the Generator Room. Push the Generator to unlock the door |
| 6 | Traverse the lab and use the lift to head to the upper floor. Enter the room and pull out the tray to get the Liquid Filled Test Tube |
| 7 | Use the lift to make your way back. Kill the reanimated Hunter βs to unlock the door |
| 8 | Return to the room where you found the Flash Drive. Combine the Liquid Filled Test Tube and the Culture Sample to get the Vaccine Base |
| 9 | Interact with the large machine and use the Vaccine Base. The combination for the puzzle should be Mid, High, Low. Get the Vaccine |
| 10 | Use the vent to escape. Crawl your way towards the lift |
Get The Flash Drive
Open Locked Door With Flash Drive
The locked door located in the first hallway can be accessed by taking a Flash Drive from the room in the 2nd floor. Note that you will be returning to this room later on for the Vaccine.

Evade Or Slow Down The Pale Heads
There will be a number of Pale Heads in this area. As they are pretty resilient against damage, momentarily shoot them down to advance. Try to evade them instead and conserve your ammo as much as you can. You can kill Pale Heads with a direct shot from the Magnum.

Use Shotgun & Grenade Launcher
2 Hunter βs will burst out of their containers to attack you after you get off the lift. Use the Shotgun and the Grenade Launcher to quickly dispatch them.

Laboratory Vaccine Puzzle Solution
Combine the Liquid Filled Test Tube with the Culture Sample to create the Vaccine Base. However, there is a puzzle that you must solve in order to make the Vaccine Base into a Vaccine. To solve the puzzle, set the three bars to Mid, High, Low.
