Always Try Mixing Green Herb With Red Herb

Mixing Green Herb With Red Herb

A single green herb only heals around 25%, but will provide full recovery if mixed with a red herb. Red herbs are quite plentiful, so always hang on to them

Avoid Mixing Green Herbs x3

Green Herbs x3

While mixing 3 green herbs will give you a full HP recovery, it's significantly less efficient as it uses up 3 precious green herbs. Save those green herbs for later when you find a red herb.

Don't Mix All The Blue Herbs

Hold on to a few blue herbs without mixing them so you can remove your Poison status without having to waste healing items if your health isn't too low.

What Are Herbs?

Natural Healing Items Found In-Game

Natural Healing Items Found In-Game

Herbs are natural remedies found in-game that can heal HP or remove negative effects. The green, red and blue herbs are far more abundant than First Aid Sprays but require some management to fully reach their full potentials.

Mix Them For Better Effects

To get the best use out of herbs, they should be mixed. Mixed herbs would often provide way more benefits than if used on their own.

Only Mix Up To 3 Times

You can only mix up to 3 times for all herb combinations. For example, if you mix 2 green herbs and a blue herb, you cannot mix the combination with a green herb to get the max healing effect.

Green Herbs - Effects & Uses

Primary HP Healing Item

Green Herbs

Green herbs are the staple in HP healing items and will heal around a quarter of your max health when used. They can be found in potted plants scattered around the map.

Mix With Red Herbs For Full Effect

A single red herb mixed with a green herb will provide max HP healing, making it the most efficient way to use a green herb. Save some green herbs for future mixing.

Blue Herbs - Effects & Uses

Removes Poison Conditions

Blue herbs are crucial in their ability to remove poison status conditions when used. You should always stockpile them as they may be a godsend during certain phases in the story, where there is Spiders or Stingers.

Red Herbs - Effects & Uses

Power Enhancer For Green Herbs

Red Herbs

Red herbs are enhancement herbs that greatly boosts the effects of green herbs if combined, giving a full HP recovery item with just 1 green herb mixed. They have no effects of their own however, and if used alone it is wasted.

Cannot Combine With Blue Herbs Alone

You cannot combine a red herb with a blue one alone. You must have a green herb in the mix to be able combine these 2.
