How To Get Locker Combination
1. Obtain A S.T.A.R.S Card
First you'll need a STARS Card. The fastest way is to search Brad's body for it by choosing to fight the Nemesis, grab the pass, then run into the police station. If not, look for it in the briefing room.
2. Access The Main Hall Terminal
Use the card in the Main Hall Terminal. It will tell you what today's code is.
