How To Complete No Healing Run
No Healing Items
To get the "I Might Need These Later!" (no healing) record challenge, you must complete the game using 1 or fewer recovery items. To complete this one, a good combination of strategy, dodging, and item management is key.
Use 1 Healing Item On Drain Deimos
You will be forced to use 1 healing item to combat the Drain Deimos' parasite. Other than that, you are barred from using any healing items.
Clear In ASSISTED
As long as you fulfill the conditions, you can get the "I Might Need These Later!" record with any difficulty mode. However, ASSISTED is recommended as you enemies are weaker and you passively recover health.

A good way to not get damaged in this run is to bring infinite ammo weapons. Getting the Infinite Rocket Launcher makes this a lot easier as you can one-shot almost all enemies from a good range.

The Sprinter record requires you to complete the game within 2 hours. If you're going to complete no healing run in ASSISTED and with Infinite Weapons, you can also aim to get the Sprinter record at the same time.

In the in-game shop, you can buy Recovery Coins using points. This greatly helps in getting the "I Might Need These Later!" record as it provides you with passive health recovery.
