Get a fancy box on the table inside the store

Check the fancy box in the inventory. Open it rewards you a Green Jewel
Need Lockpick To Get Green Jewel
You need to get a Lockpick first to be able to enter a toy store where you can find Green Jewel. Lockpick can be found near the entrance of the substation.

Collecting the fancy box will not give you anything. Open it from inventory to get Blue Jewel.
