How To Get To Crumbling Farum Azula
You'll Be Moved Once You've Reached Foot Of The Forge
To reach the Crumbling Farum Azula, you must defeat the Fire Giant first, then you've defeated the giant, head to the top of the Foot Of The Forge, from there rest in the near site of grace and an event will trigger and Melina will appear and ask you if you are ready to commit a sin, if so choose the dialogue "Commit a cardinal sin" and you should be teleported to the Crumbling Farum Azula.
You Can Now Do A Fast Travel
Once you have activated the site of grace from Crumbling Farum Azula you can now do fast travel whenever you like. However, since the place is floating above the sky, its impossible to get there on foot expect by fast travel.
