The Uchigatana can be obtained from a body on the second floor of the "Deathtouched Catacombs" which can be entered by going west from the Stormhill, Limgrave to the mountainside.
In this case, if you've selected "Samurai Class" , Equip it together with the same type of weapon and you'll be able to use two swords at the same time.
The Waypoint To The Second Floor Is A Little Difficult To Spot
