User Score
Lycaon's Strength
Easy to use Stun Character with Powerful Charging ATK
Lycaon is a simple Stun character that has a charging attack. You can charge the Basic and Special Attack to enhance Daze. Everything else is also focused on Daze, making it an easy to understand simple character to use.
Tips! | He can deliver many hits rapidly, making it easy to accumulate damage. |
---|
Stun DMG Multiplier is High
Lycaon activates an enhanced Stun DMG Multiplier with his Additional Ability. This can be easily activated since Lycaon is focused on Daze, effectively applying a powerful Debuff to the enemies.
Tips! | The enhanced Stun DMG Multiplier is simple and powerful, increasing overall damage while the enemy is Stunned. |
---|
Long Lasting Anti-Interrupt/Invulnerable State
Lycaon enters an Anti-Interrupt/Invulnerable State during his (EX) Special Attacks. He can avoid taking damage from a boss's consecutive attacks and accumulate Daze quickly to connect to a Chain Attack.
Lycaon's Weakness
Attack Range is Somewhat Small
Lycaon has a short attack range and can only damage enemies right in front of him. Also since he gradually moves forward while attacking, even if the enemies are grouped together, you need to be careful not to start moving in the wrong direction.
Lycaon - Strategy and Combo
Charge Basic/Special ATK
Daze increases when you charge these attacks. Try to memorize how long it takes to charge, especially the Basic Attack which you use often, so you can deal more Daze without taking damage.
Tips! | EX Special ATK consumes 50% more Energy when charged so be careful when using it. |
---|
Attack Stunned Enemy at least Once
When the Additional Ability is activated, you can apply a debuff to the enemy if you attack them once while they're stunned. This happens almost automatically if you Stun the enemy with Lycaon, but if his ally Stuns the enemy switch to Lycaon first before you use the Attacker to deal damage.
Lycaon Best Combo
Before Stunning Enemy | |
---|---|
1. | Charge and use Basic Attack |
2. | Dodge enemy attack ┗ You can also use EX Special ATK to avoid taking damage |
【Tips】 It's more important to keep attacking while avoiding damage than completing the combos. |

W-engine | Recommendation |
---|---|
The Restrained | Recommend: - Lycaon's signature W-engine - Greatly increase Impact and Daze - Can increase damage output by enhancing Ice DMG and Skill DMG |
Steam Oven | Recommend: - Advanced Stats increase Energy Regen - Increases Impact according to remaining Energy amount (lasts for 8s after consumption) |
Six Shooter | Recommend: - Increase Impact for Enhanced Attacks - Advanced Stats increase Impact |
[Vortex] Arrow | Recommend: - Impact and Daze always increased - Relatively Low DMG |
Lycaon - Best Team Comp
Ellen Team
Double Attribute Ellen Team
Combine Ellen, who is a powerful Ice Attribute Attacker, with Electric Attributes. You can activate all Additional Abilities and it's easy to apply Disorder Anomaly. You can use Nekomata or Corin if you don't have Ellen.
Use Grace when Enemy is Frozen
Use Ellen as the main attacker since she has high ATK, Stun and Freeze stats and once the enemy is Frozen, switch to Grace to apply Disorder. Then use Rina to activate PEN buff and then back to Ellen using Quick Assist. Try to use Ellen's Ultimate when the enemy has Disorder and you have PEN buff activated.
Tips | Ellen alone can deal with weaker enemies. |
---|
Low Cost Gacha Corin Team
Double Attribute Corin Team
Corin is the main Attacker. Lycaon has very high Stun stats and Corin can deal high damage when the enemy is stunned. All characters can activate their Additional Abilities.
Use Corin after Enemy is Stunned
Corin doesn't have Anti-interrupt most of the time but can deal high damage when the enemy is stunned, so keep her out of battle and use Lycaon (and Soukaku) to stun the enemy first. Once you stun the enemy, use Fly the Flag then Quick Assist to switch to Corin.

C3 | Attendant Training Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack Lv. +2 |
C4 | Graceful Demeanor If Lycaon is attacked while using a Basic Attack or Special Attack, he will immediately gain a Shield equal to 7.5% of his Max HP, lasting for 15s. During the Shield's duration, his Anti-Interrupt level is increased. This effect can trigger once every 15s. |

Already Strong at C0
Charged attacks can Stun enemies quickly. C1 and C2 will increase Daze for EX Special Attacks, but C0 provides most of what you need, and he is not easy to obtain so it won't be a problem at C0.
