Attack Character good at both Long and Short Range

Billy is a long range Pierce type Attack Character. Basic Attacks are good against single enemies at long range, Dash Attacks are good against multiple enemies at short range. He also has Special Attacks that are good at both short and long range, making him easy to use in various situations.

Move & Dodge while Attacking

Billy can keep shooting while moving by performing Basic Attacks while crouching. He can also slide and shoot with his Dash Attack so it's easy to keep attacking while on the move. This will make it harder for the enemies to attack you, while you can keep attacking them.

Tips!	At C2, his Rolling Shots are considered Dodging so you will become invulnerable and Dodge Counter at the same time.

Billy's Weakness

Firepower is Greatly Reduced at Long-Range

Billy can be used for combat in long-range, but the bigger the distance is from the enemy, the amount of damage inflicted will decrease. Also when you get C4, EX Special Attack's CRIT Rate increases the closer you are to the enemy, so you will basically fight while maintaining close range.

Tips!	It is possible to reduce the damage reduction with the Signature W-Engine "Starlight Engine Replica", but fighting close-range will still provide higher damage than that.

Use Movement Techniques to Maintain Short-Range

Although Billy is a Shooting Type and can attack from long range, if you want firepower, you are to maintain short-range during battle. Make full use of Dodging shots and Dash Attacks to continue attacking the enemies.

Switch Attacks between Single and Multiple

Basic attack Crouching Attack is good against a single target and for several enemies it is recommended to shoot in all directions with Dash Attack. While switching attacks depending on the enemy, mix in Special Attacks with Anti-Interrupt (invincibility) at the appropriate timing.

Use Ultimate after 2 Chain Attacks are Activated

Billy's Ultimate has an Additional Ability that increases the damage dealt by +50% and 100% after 2 Chain Attacks. The damage of his Ultimate with excellent range is greatly enhanced, so you should always use it after a Chain Attack, especially in boss combat.

This team uses Billy's Crouching Fire and enhances Ultimate damage with Team Starlight. It's easy to Stun the enemy with Anby and also Piper who can apply Flinch. Connect to Billy's Chain Attack to increase his Ultimate's damage output.

Tips!	Piper's Additional Ability can increase damage for all allies so Billy can deal even more damage.

Stun Quickly and buff Billy's Ultimate

To deal the most damage possible with Billy's Ultimate, you need to activate Chain Attacks twice before you use it. This team uses Anby's ability to Stun the enemy and Piper to apply Flinch so it's easy to connect to Billy's Ultimate quickly.

Tips!	Anby deals Electric damage and Piper Physical damage, so you can try to activate Disorder, making it even quicker to Stun the enemy.

Any player can assemble this team early in the game. The basic strategy is to Stun with Anby, apply DEF debuff with Nicole, then attack with Billy but Nicole's debuff doesn't last long so keep that in mind.

Tips!	You can replace the Support charcter with Piper if you have her, or use Rina to Shock the enemy or Grace to strengthen the team.

Nicole's Mechanical Case applies DEF debuff to enemies but it doesn't last that long. Once it's activated, quickly switch to Billy to use his Ultimate.
