Challenges Possible With Trial Agents and Bangboo
Each Events stage can be challenged with Trial Agents and Bangboo. It's compatible with the buff conditions and effects. You can also use a trial team composition, so even beginners can clear the trial with ease and plenty of time to spare.
The Special Tsukishiro Special Offensive Stage is a Solo Battle With Yanagi
The Special Offensive, unlocked after clearing the prerequisite stages, features a unique Solo Combat Buff which is different from the other stages. You can take the challenge either with a trial version of Yanagi or your own. Use this opportunity to practice controlling Yanagi.

Virtual Battlefield Mayhem Stage 1 Defense
Stage Effect
Stage 1 Defense have a buff to attack power based on maintaining Shield effects.Try forming your own team with Caesar, and choose attackers that can exploit Physical and Fire Weaknesses.
Trial Team Composition
This trial team is focused on maintaining Shield, which is also the condition for the buff. Since the Trial Lucy is does not have any unlocked Mindscape Cinema, so to maintain the buffs, replace it with your own Lucy especially if you have unlocked its C6 to extend the duration of the effects.
Tips on How to Use the Trial Team
- Always maintain Caesar's Shield
- Use Lucy at the Final Chain Attack During Stun
- Remove the armor of a heavy striker with Stun
Always maintain Caesar's Shield
In Stage 1, you can earn an ATK buff of 2,400 points by maintaining the Shield for 15 seconds. Build up the Shield with Caesar's EX Special Attack at the beginning and continue fighting until the end of the battle.
Tips! | Just guard. You can reuse Shield with less energy cost by using the power or Defensive Assist |
---|
Use Lucy at the Final Chain Attack During Stun
Nekomata's damage will be significantly increased for a short time after participating in Quick Assist. To maximize this effect, especially during Stun, use Lucy as the final stage of the Chain Attack and have Nekomata appear with Quick Assist.
Remove the Armor of a Heavy Striker With Stun
Shields used by heavy strikers will be canceled, regardless of remaining durability, when Stun, Assault, or Burn is applied. If you're using the trial team formation, aim to execute an EX Special Attack's Just Guard with Caesar and cause Stun at once.
Virtual Battlefield Mayhem Stage 2 Energy
Stage Effect
Stage 2 Energy has energy recovery UP and EX Special Attack firepower enhancement buff. The trial version of Burnice synergizes well with this stage effect, so try to form your team around her.
Trial Team Composition
This trial consists of 3 Anomaly attackers. You can clear the mission as is, but having 3 attackers can make things tricky, so it is recommended to replace the trial version of Piper with a supporter like Caesar or Lucy.
Tips on How to Use the Trial Team
- Fight while keeping Scorched around Burnice
- Aim for Disorder with Jane or Piper after inflicting Burn
- Burnice's Ultimate is recommended
Fight while keeping Scorched around Burnice
The enemies in Stage 2 have Fire Weaknesses, and the stage effects increase the damage and usage frequency of EX Special Attacks. Start by focusing on Burnice's Basic Attacks and EX Special Attack, and continue fighting until you apply the Burn debuff.
Tips! | Burnice's EX Special Attack has high Anti-Interrupt, and there is an Invulnerable judgment at the beginning and end of the injection, so the attack is easy to dodge. |
---|
Aim for Disorder With Jane or Piper After Inflicting Burn
Use Burnice to inflict Burn on the Elite enemies, then switch to Jane or Piper and aim for Disorder as you fight. By the time you apply Assault, Burnice’s energy will have recovered significantly, making it easier to continue fighting with Burnice.
Burnice's Ultimate is Recommended
Burnice's Ultimate not only accumulates Burn and recovers Heat, but also allows the next ally to perform a Quick Assist. You can quickly switch through Disorder, so once Decibels are accumulated, changed back to Burnice.
Stage 3 Disorder
Stage Effect
In stage 3 Disorder, the damage will increase significantly each time you cause a disorder. Since the Attribute Anomaly duration is extended, build a team around the trial version of Yanagi as the main DPS, supported by two other Anomaly characters with Weakness Attributes.
Trial Team Composition
Bangboo | |||
---|---|---|---|
Burnice | Yanagi | Seth | Electroboo |
This trial version team is composed of Burnice and Yanagi, focused on inflicting Disorders. Since the high-firepower Attribute Anomaly and Yanagi's Disorder Buff are both powerful, these two are fixed, and you can replace Seth's slot with a supporter like Caesar.
Tips on How to Use the Trial Team
- Mainly use Yanagi in combat to Sustain Celestial Harmony
- Fight Elite enemies until they receive Burn at the start
- Yanagi's Ultimate is recommended
Mainly Use Yanagi in Combat to Sustain Celestial Harmony
Yanagi’s Shinrabanshou Buff makes the 3rd to 5th hits of her Basic Attack loop extremely powerful. After entering the battle, start with an EX Special Attack immediately, and once you enter the Shinrabanshou State, unleash 2 Basic Attacks. Then, switch Stance with a Special Attack, followed by two more Basic Attacks and repeat.
Tips! | It's a good idea to test Yanagi's performance in battle here as the controls of the trial version is the same as the on you can get from the gacha |
---|
Fight Elite Enemies Until They Receive Burn at the Start
Using EX Special Attack immediately after Yanagi appears will also cause Polarity Disorder, so use Burnice to inflict Burn before Yanagi appears. However, this time the enemy has Fire resistance, so it is recommended that you do not appear for a long time like in Stage 2, and chain attacks to Yanagi as soon as possible after inflicting Burn.
Yanagi's Ultimate is recommended
This time, Electric Weaknesses and Disorder firepower have been greatly strengthened, so use the Ultimate on Yanagi, who can also cause Polarity Disorder. Polarity Disorder's damage will be greater if you can inflict Shock right before Ultimate or during Ultimate itself.
Stage 4 Chain Attack
Stage Effect
In stage 4 Chain Attack, the enemy's stun recovery speed is increased when a chain attack is launched while boosting all squad members' chain attack damage. Since Soldier 11 can deal massive damage against Stunned enemies, consider structuring your own team around her or use the trial team formation.
Trial Team Composition
Bangboo | |||
---|---|---|---|
Soldier 11 | Koleda | Ben | Cryboo |
This trial version for Stage 4 is designed to maximise the damage against stunned enemies from chain attacks. Soldier 11 with Koleda and Ben in the team activates Additional Ability. Furthermore, you can use Koleda to stun enemies, then use Soldier 11 to deal more damage. Ben also enhances Koleda's stats and provide shield, both making it easier to deal assist skills.
Tips on How to Use the Trial Team
- Use Characters than can deal Physical DMG and Fire DMG
- Prioritize Chain Attacks for High-Damage Combos
- Attack aggressively while enemy is stunned
Use Characters than can Deal Physical DMG and Fire DMG
Since the enemy's only resistance is Ice, you can easily take advantage of their weakness using the trial team's Physical DMG and Fire Attribute for firepower. Soldier 11 and Koleda deal mostly Physical DMG through their basic attacks, while Ben can also apply Physical DMG through his Dash Attacks and his Special Attack: Fiscal Fist.
Prioritize Chain Attacks for High-Damage Combos
The team has high synergy, with all members sharing the same attributes and two even belonging to the same faction, enables you to easily activate buffs and combos frequently. When a Chain Attack is triggered you can choose Ben to unleash a powerful strike at enemies in front or Koleda to unleash explosives in a large area to sustain damage when you get overwhelmed by surrounding enemies.
Attack Aggressively While Enemy is Stunned
With each successful chain attack, the damage output becomes progressively higher. By executing a rapid series of Chain Attacks while the enemy is stunned, you can dish out massive damage and potentially defeat your target enemies before they even have a chance to recover.
Virtual Battlefield Mayhem Tsukishiro Special Offensive
Use Ex Special Attack At the Start to trigger Celestial Harmony faster
In this special battle stage, you have enough energy to start with a special attack, so hold down once and use EX Special Attack to activate Celestial Harmony. The basic attack Tsukuyomi Kagura has been strengthened, making it easier to fight around.
Two Sets of Normal Attacks → Switching Stances is Basic
It is important for Yanagi to fight while maintaining two self-buffs by switching stances. Once you enter the Shinrabashou state, you can switch Stance with 2 Basic Attacks and Special Attack, with it immediately transitioning into the third move of the Basic Attack of the current stance.
After that, use EX Special Attack again to apply Shock
Tips! | Most damage can be prevented since there are many instances of Invulnerable and Guard |
