The W-Engine gacha has a pity system where it guarantees an S-Rank within 80 pulls. If you obtain an S-Rank W-Engine before the 80 pulls, the counter resets. A-Rank W-Engines are guaranteed every 10 pulls, so 10 consecutive pulls always gives you at least one A-Rank W-Engine.

You need a maximum of 160 pulls to get a guaranteed Featured W-Engine. You have a 75% chance to get the Featured W-Engine on your first S-Rank pull and if you miss it then, you are guaranteed to get it on your second S-Rank pull.
