Unlocked After Completing Request 33
You can unlock this request once you have completed Request 33: What A Massive Mushroom!, which is also a request from Morel. The request can be accepted at the bulletin board in Galaxy Headquarters.
What A Massive Mushroom!: Request 33Register Swinub In The Pokedex
Similar to Parasect in Request 33, you will need to register Swinub in the Pokedex before you can unlock this request. You will also need a Swinub to complete the mission, so be sure to catch one if you haven't yet.
Swinub Appears In Alabaster Icelands
Swinub can be found in the Alabaster Icelands regardless of the time and weather. They can be found in Bonechill Wastes which is located just north of the base camp, so go catch one if you haven't registered Swinub yet.

Keep Swinub In Your Party
In this request, we will need to use Swinub to collect the mushrooms. The locations of the mushrooms are displayed on the map so you won't have to look for them. Make sure to have Swinub in your party or else you won't be able to progress.
Mushroom Are Marked On The Map
Morel will ask you to find the mushrooms, although, the locations are already displayed on the map so just follow the marker.
Battle With Snover
At one of the three locations, Snover (Lv. 50) will appear and you will need to battle it. It's level is a bit high, so try to use a Pokemon that counters its type such as Fire and Steel types.
