Talk To Pippa Near The Snowfield Camp
When you receive an order for a mission on the bulletin board of the Galaxy headquarters, go to the Snowfield Camp in Alabaster Icelands and talk to Pippa near the camp. After the conversation, Machi heads for the Avalugg ice block and is instructed to follow him.
