Obsidian Fieldlands: Pick Up 3 Near The Grandtree Arena Region

▲ You can pick it up at the Pokeball mark

Three pieces of wood can be picked up near the Grandtree Arena Region of the Obsidian Fieldlands. After picking it up, if you return to Jubilife Village and then visit again, it will respawn, so if you go around the above three places near the Teleport point, you can collect it efficiently.

Route To ①

1Teleport to the Grandtree Arena Region
2After the teleport, turn left, back, and climb the slope
3If you go straight ahead, the wood will spawn

Route To ②

1Teleport to the Grandtree Arena Region
2After the teleport, go straight, right, then climb the slope
3If you go straight ahead, the wood will spawn

Route To ③

1Teleport to the Grandtree Arena Region
2After the teleport, turn to the back right (west of the whole map)
3Go straight to the woods, the wood will spawn just before the intersection of the big river

Usage Of Wood

Used To Progress In The Main Mission

The Wood is used for the mission "Seeking The Remaining Plates" which will require 3x pieces of Wood to obtain the Pixie Plate which will be used later on.

Mission XXVI Chart

Walkthrough Chart
Head to the Ancient Retreat.
Cutscene with Cogita.
・You will need 3 Wood to progress.
Give Cogita the 3 pieces of wood.
Obtain the Pixie Plate.
Return to Jubilife Village and go to the Coronet Highlands.
Meet up with Volo in the Sacred Plaza near the Celestica Ruins.
Meet Volo at the Temple of Sinnoh atop Mount Coronet.
Pokemon Battle with Volo.
Spiritomb [Lv. 68]
Roserade [Lv. 68]
Hisuian Arcanine [Lv. 68]
Togekiss [Lv. 68]
Lucario [Lv. 68]
Garchomp [Lv. 68]
After defeating him, Giratina (Altered Form) will appear.
Battle with Giratina (Altered Form) [Lv. 70]
Cannot be captured.
・Giratina will have buffs.
└ Giratina's evasiveness is increased.
└ All of Giratina's stats are increased.
└ Damage received from status effects or moves are decreased.
When you reduce Giratina's health to 0, it will change into it's Origin Form.
Battle with Giratina (Origin Form) [Lv. 70]
Cannot be captured.
・Giratina will have buffs.
└ Giratina's evasiveness is increased.
└ All of Giratina's stats are increased.
└ Damage received from status effects or moves are decreased.
After defeating it, you will obtain the Spooky Plate.

Used For A Side Quest

The wood also plays a part in creating a Pokeshi Doll which you can use for a side quest called "Please! Make Me a Pokeshi Doll" in which the reward will be a Pokeshi Doll.
