Head to the South Gate of Jubilife Village until you see Dorian. He will ask you to give him a Buizel larger than his own. Choose one from your party or pasture and give it to him.

Buizel must be 0.8m or larger in order to complete this. Check the size using your Pokedex and if it exceeds 0.8m, talk to Dorian.
It takes time to catch
