Register Pachirisu On The Pokedex
Side Quest 35 won't occur if Pachirisu is not registered in the Pokedex, so you'll need to catch one Pachirisu to get it registered.

Catching Pachirisu In The Crimson Mirelands
A Lv. 40 Pachirisu in Alpha mode should appear on the map, since you'll be only using Pachirisu, we highly recommend capturing it as it will make your fight with Ursaring easy,
If Its Too Difficult To Capture
If capturing an Alpha Pachirisu is a bit of a challenge, you can just capture an ordinary Pachirisu in the Crimson Mirelands.
After Receiving The Side Quest
Once the condition have been met, you can now request for the sidequest and once you've accepted it,
Talk to Ren in the Mirelands Camp.Pachirisu Vs. Ursaring
The goal is to defeat Ursaring with just Pachirisu, if your level is up to 30 or 40, then you'll be able to win with ease.
