Pop Pods can be found in large quantities along the Cobalt Coastlands. You can easily find them along the shore.

Available At The Crafting Store
You can also purchase them from the crafting shop in Jubilife Village. However, the price is 400 Pokedollars, so it might be better to collect it instead.
Give It To Tao Hua
Once you have 3 Pop Pods, give them to Tao Hua. He can be found at the basement floor of the Galaxy Headquarters.
