There are two locations where Petilil can be found in the Crimson Mirelands: Cottonsedge Prairie and Holm Of Trials. It's hard to go to the Holm Of Trials if you don't have access to the Basculegion mount, so it's recommended to go to Cottonsedge Prairie if you do this request early.
