After accepting the request from Mani, go to the north of Avalanche Slopes and locate 2 Snorunt and when you approach them, an event will occur.

Win The Battle Against Froslass
When you approach the two Snorunt, an event will be triggered, and Froslass (Lv.55) will appear. The battle will begin, so prepare your Pokemon that is weak to it such as "Ghost-Type" and "Rock-Type".
