you can get Request 85: A Home Under The Eaves from the bulletin board in Professor Laventon's room at the Galaxy Headquarters.
Cannot Speak To Client At Night
After receiving the request, you will need to talk to the client in Jubilife Village. The client, Ida, lives in the house across the pasture and can be seen sitting on the porch. You won't be able to see her at night, so you will have to meet her during the day.
Register Chimecho In The Pokedex

You won't be able to receive the request if you haven't registered Chimecho in the Pokedex. You will need to catch one to register Chimecho in the Pokedex. Take note that you can't register it just by encountering or defeating it.
Catch Chimecho In Coronet Highlands
Chimecho appears at the Celestica Trail in Coronet Highlands. You can only find one but it respawns in a fixed location. Use Smoke Bombs to catch them without being detected.

Speak To Ida Across The Pasture
After receiving the request from the bulletin board at the Galaxy Headquarters, talk to the client, Ida, and ask her about the request. Ida can be seen sitting under the eaves. She won't be around at night, so talk to her during the day or in the evening.
Investigate Chimecho's Potential Locations
In Request 85, you will need to investigate the locations where Chimecho can possibly move to. There are four possible locations and each time you investigate one, you will have to report back to Ida.
