In order to unlock this request, you must first complete Request 48: The Taste Of Home which appears after obtaining the Basculegion mount.
Eevee's Evolutions - Walkthrough & Tips
Head To Galaxy Headquarters
After receiving the request from Floaro, enter the room on the left side at the second floor of Galaxy Headquarters. Umbreon will be there and you will need to talk to it.
Give Umbreon A Jubilife Muffin
Floaro appears when you talk to Umbreon. He wants you to feed him his favorite food which is the Jubilife Muffin to make sure that it's his own Eevee.
Obtained Through Crafting
Jubilife Muffins can be made through crafting. You will need 2x Hearty Grains, 2x Hopo Berry, 1x Razz Berry and 1 Cake-Lure Base.
Obtain An Evolution Stone
Once you complete the request, you will be rewarded with an evolution stone of your choice. You can choose either a Fire Stone, Water Stone, or Thunder Stone.
