Crunchy Salts Are At The Coronet Highlands
The Crunchy Salts may be found at the Coronet Highlands. Aim for the pink formation as seen on the image above. Be careful not to miss them since they're quite small and can be easy to miss.
Climb By Riding Sneasel
Cruncy Salts are mostly found on cliffs. Obtain them by riding Sneasel as you can't access these areas any other way.

We found one Crunchy Salt on the ground, so this is an indication that they may also be found on the floor and not just on cliffs.
Purchase At Craftworks
If you're having a hard time finding the Cruncy Salts and are pressed for time, consider getting them from Craftworks. They only cost 200 each and doing so will save you time.
Hand Over To Tao Hua
Once you have all 3 Crunchy Salts, give them to Tao Hua at the central room at the basement of the Galaxy Hall.

Talk To Choy
Talk to Choy after giving the Crunchy Salts to Tao Hua to complete the Request. If you switch maps once and go back to talk to Choy again, you'll be able to take Request 71.
