The above four affect the game content. Other than that, there is no significant impact on the game content. When you go to Hogsmeade at the beginning of the game, the storyline does not diverge regardless of whether you choose Sebastian or Natty as your companion.

Effect On Obtaining Unforgivable Curses
The choices you make in the Sebastian Quests will affect your ability to obtain Unforgivable Curses. Unforgivable Curses are very powerful, so be careful not to make the wrong choice.

You Can Still Learn Unforgivable Curses From Sebastian Later
Even if you select "I don't want to learn" Unforgivable Curses, you can still obtain Unforgivable Curses later. You will need to talk to Sebastian in the Undercroft after completing the quests to learn them.

Story Are Unique For Each House
The main story of the game is slightly different for each House from the start. It does not affect the subsequent storyline in any way, but the contents of the Quests depends on the choice of House.

The interior design of the Common Room, where Hogwarts students gather, differs depending on the house to which they belong, and the color of the bedroom also differs from house to house.
Ending [Impact: Middle]
The Story Ending Is Different Depending On The Choices Made
Choices before battling with the final boss in the Main Quests the Final Repository. The ending scene differs depending on which option you choose.
Only The Last Option Affects The Ending
Only the choices made before combating the last boss in the Main Quests "The Final Repository" have any effect on the ending branch. All other choices are irrelevant, so no matter what choice you have made so far, you will be able to see both scenes.
Side Quests [Impact: Small]
There Is No Direct Effect On The Main Story
Other than the Sebastian Quest, the dialogue selection Side Quests does not really effect the Character or the Story. It does not effect the Main Story, so you can choose any of the dialogue options. But there is a chance that you will not be able to purchase from Wanderer Shops if you choose a certain dialogue option and make them made.
NPC Rewards And Demeanor May Vary
If there is an option in the dialogue at the end of Side Quests, the response may have an effect on the reward including the NPC's disposition. Make sure to save the game before the NPC event so that you can re-select the choice you made if you are not satisfied with your first choice.
