Headmaster's Office - Location & How To Get There
Grand Staircase → Trophy Room
The Headmaster's Office can be accessed from the Floo Flames' location at the Grand Staircase→Trophy Room. If you are traveling there for the first time, go from the Grand Staircase.
▲Since you will be traveling a considerable distance, it is recommended to unlock the Floo Flame's fireplace in the Trophy Room first.
Unlocked After The End Of The Main Quest
The Headmaster's Office is accessed by knowing the password to the statue, which can be found in "Polyjuice's Plot". Note that there is no way to enter at the beginning of the game. It is towards the end of the game that you can challenge this quest.

The Password Is Toujours Pur (Pureblood, Always Pure)
The password to the Headmaster's Office is Toujours Pur, French for "Pureblood, Always Pure". It does matter if you make the wrong choice, since it is possible to do it by guessing. However, the main character, disguised as the headmaster, has to find out directly from Scrope.
How To Open The Door In The Headmaster's Office
Need To Have The Key Of Admittance
The Key of Admittance is required to open the locked door in front of the Headmaster's Office. It can be obtained in the room up from the Headmaster's Office, but it required Alohomora 3, so collect Demiguise statues beforehand.

How To Get To The Key Of Admittance Room
Enter the Headmaster's Office and take the door on the left (Lock/Alohomora 2) and the door at the top of the stairs (Lock/Alohomora 3) to enter the room with the Key of Admittance.

Get The Achievement "Room With A View"
You get the "Room with a View" achievement when you enter the room.
What Can You Do Inside The Headmaster's Office?
Can Pick Up Multiple Collections & Guides
You can obtain multiple Collections inside the Headmaster's Office, as well as a Field Guide with Revelio. You can also open the Legendary Treasure Chest from the office and the door that you can enter with the Key of Admittance.
