How To Change The Time
Open The Map And Click The Bottom Of The Screen

After opening the map, press R3 or F key to display the confirmation screen. You can then change the time zone by selecting "yes".
Can't Change Time Inside The Dungeon
The map cannot be opened in some locations such as inside dungeons. Therefore, it is not possible to change the time in such situations.

The most recently collected materials and defeated enemies will not be restored even if you advance a few days by changing the time. Play the game for a certain duration if you want it to respawn.
