- Speak to Ackley behind Three Broomsticks
- Go to Alfred Lawley's Cellar
- Don't be caught by Lawley and go forward
- Defeat the Spiders and get the Venomous Tentacula
- Speak to Ackley
Speak to Ackley who is behind the Three Broomsticks to receive the Side Quest. He will ask you to help his ex-business partner.
After you finish speaking with Ackley, then head to Alfred Lawley's Cellar. It is very close to the Three Broomsticks so you will arrive very quickly.
When you enter the cellar, Lawley will be in the front. If you get caught, you have failed the quest so use "Disillusionment" before heading in.
Have Level Lock Unlocked
In between there is a door that has a Level Lock. You can keep going without unlocking, but it will take time so unlocking will be faster.
When you progress into the cellar, several spiders will appear. Defeat all of them and in the back you can find the venomous tentacula.
Once you have the venomous tentacula, then speak to Ackley again in the Three Broomsticks. The money reward will change according to the option you choose.

Venomous Revenge - Rewards
Appearance: Dragonhide Herbologist Gloves
An item that allows you to change your appearance. From the outfit menu, you can choose "Change Appearance" to wear it.

As a reward, you will earn XP+180. Challenge it when you need to raise your level to learn new spells.

Appears After The Helm of Urtkot Is Complete
The search for "The Helm of Urtkot" in the main story also begins with Sirona, who also made the request for the "A Friend In Deed" side quest. This event occurs when the "Lodgok's Loyalty" quest is completed.
