How To Get To Azkaban Prison
Azkaban Can Only Be Visited If You Are A HufflePuff
Only Hufflepuff students can go to Azkaban Prison in a limited event. In the story, it is right after "Trials of Merlin" although take note that the next quests are different for each House. If you want to go to Azkaban Prison, choose Hufflepuff at the Hogwarts House Test.
You Cannot Explore Azkaban Freely
At the Azkaban event, you can see a sneak peak of the inside in the infamous prison in Azkaban as seen in the Harry Potter movie. However, you may not be able to roam around freely outside of the quest event. Furthermore, once you have gone to Azkaban, you will not be able to visit this place again after the event ends.

Using Unforgivable Spells Won't Get You Prisoned To Azkaban
In this game, you can use three Unforgivable Curses, all of which are very powerful. There is no penalty for using it, such as being sent to Azkaban Prison, so you can keep using it.
