This scene is when you need to use "Crucio". There will be 3 options, and the bottom 2 will make you learn the spell, so do not mistake which you will choose.

Even if you don't learn it during the vent, you can learn it in the Undercroft when you speak to Sebastian again. You can learn Unforgivable Cruses later on in the game.

Crucio Mastery can be obtained by unlocking Dark Arts Talents. Hitting an enemy with Crucio casts a curse spell at nearby enemies. You can curse many enemies, making it easier to deal damage.
More Powerful When Combined With Avada Kedavra

- Cast Crucio
- Attack the enemy hit by Crucio to spread the curse
- Cast Avada Kedavra
- Drink Focus Potion (may not be necessary depending on how many enemies you have left)
- Repeat Step ① to ④
Crucio Mastery spreads the curse when attacking an enemy hit by Crucio. So first cast Crucio and attack that enemy. Spreading the curse would kill numerous enemies at once when you follow it up with Avada Kedavra.
Greatly Reduce Cooldown Time With Focus Potion
Drinking Focus Potion reduces the cooldown time of Avada Kedavra to approximately 30 seconds. If there are a lot of enemies left after the first Avada Kedavra, you can drink the Focus Potion and cast Avada Kedavra repeatedly.

Crucio is a spell that appears in the original Harry Potter series. This spell will make the opponent suffer from the inside out and was used for torture purposes. Harry Potter himself has used this spell.
Forbidden Spells Were Legal In The Past
Avada Kedavra, Imperio, and Crucio are the Unforgivable Curses during the Harry Potter series time frame. All of them are Dark powerful magics that are forbidden to use.
However, since Hogwarts Legacy takes place in the past, these spells are frequently used in battles.
