Talk to Sebastian and walk a little further to find Ominis. Talk to Ominis and proceed.

There are three braziers around, so light it up with Confringo. Because the fire extinguishes on its own, light the 3 braziers quickly. The door will open when it catches fire, so let's go inside.

There is a stone lying around, so repair it with "Reparo" and return it to the picture. Talk to Omnis and he will open the door for you.
The gate is closed and you can't go forward. There is a key with a snake on it, so turn the dial to open the gate. The gate can be opened by matching the two pictures on the gate with the picture on the dial of the key.

As you proceed with the conversation with Sebastian and Ominis, options related to Crucio will appear. Here, select I want to learn the Cruiciatus Curse. Choose this to learn Crucio.
You Can Still Learn It later
Even if you select "Very well. I don't want to learn the Cruciatus Curse", you can learn "Crucio" later. To learn it, talk to Sebastian in the underground cathedral after completing the quest.
Unlock Conditions (Spoiler)May Not Be Learned Depending On Later Choices
When you complete a quest that allows you to learn "Avada Kedavra", a quest called In the Shadow of Fate will appear. A conversation with Ominis gives you the option to hand over Sebastian. Be careful if you plan to learn unforgivable spells, as they are irreversible.

When you enter the study, there is a Slytherin spellbook on the table. Hand over the book and talk to Sebastian. After that, if you leave the study, the quest will be completed.
