How To Make Potions
Learn From Professor Sharp
You can learn how to make potions by attending Potions Class by Professor Sharp. Learn how to make and use potions by progressing through the Main Quest and taking this class. After the class, you will be able to use the Potionbrew stand.
Sometimes Recipes May Be Needed
Some potions will require a recipe to create. They can be purchased at J. Pippin's Potions, but they are expensive ranging from 500-1200 Galleons each. Do not purchase them until you are sure that you will use them.

Go To The Room Of Requirement
As the story progresses, you will be able to unlock and have an access to the Room Of Requirement area. Inside the room, you will see a Potions Station where you can create potions. A maximum of seven mixing tables can be set up, allowing the player to have more time to create more potions.
How To Use Potions
First Equip The Potions
To equip a potion, press the L1 button to open the item setting screen. Press the R button to select the potion you want to equip and release the L1 button.
You Can Also Use The L1 Button
You can also access the Potions setting by pressing L1. Use it according to the situation and take advantage of the battle.
Potion Will Eventually Lose Its Effects
You will notice that the potion icon on the lower left will go dark, pertaining that the potion effect being deactivated or no longer available, so make sure to use the Potion while the effects are still activated.
Enhanced Potions Through Talents
Potions can be enhanced by upgrading your Talents, however, these Talents require Talent Points and thus cannot be reallocated, so make sure to choose carefully!
