How To Cast Magic & Spells
Press R2 For Normal Magic
Attack with normal magic by pressing the R2 button. You can easily damage the enemy with normal magic since it can be used in succession.
Hold R2 For Spell Selection
Choose between the available spells by holding the R2 button and selecting the spell you want to use. Remember that spells have a cooldown and cannot be used continuously unlike normal magic.
Target Lock The Enemy
Target lock the enemy before casting a spell by pressing the R3 button. This is to ensure that the spell would hit the targeted enemy and the casting is not wasted.
Spells Can Be Used After Learning
You need to learn spells first before equipping & using them. Look for Hogwarts professors to learn & acquire different spells.

How To Switch Magic & Spells
Access The Menu To The Right
If you want to switch the spells in the available slots, access the menu to the right to open the spell list and after pressing the R2 button, the cursor can be pointed to the specific spell you want to equip for the up, down, left, & right slots.
With Spell Knowledge Can Make Magic Sets
If you learn the Core of Talent, Spell Knowledge, you can create Magic sets that you can change at any time. You can change it in an instant during battle so it will be very useful.
